Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Crate Builder to join our team. This role involves constructing wooden crates and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow blueprints to assemble wooden crates and boxes
  • Use templates to accurately position boards
  • Operate power drills to drill holes and fasten pre-cut wood
  • Use nail guns and a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
  • Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
  • Assist saw operators as needed
  • Maintain adequate supplies and keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tape
  • Experience using power tools, nail guns, and hand tools preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
