Job description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Upgrade:

1.Support relief for hourly vacations within the Plant operations.

2.Updates supervisor as requested or required to determine work priorities, supplies, and required team skills. Updates supervisor on team activities, issues, concerns, recommendations, and inquiries, ensuring effective communications linkage is in place and active.

3.Demonstrates and has the ability to perform all elements of the Plant's upgrade production, sanitation systems and foamers.

4.Provides operational knowledge of the product flow for upgrade production equipment.

5.Insures the safety of employees working on the team through adherence to plant safety requirements, programs and G.M.P.'s.

6.Insures adherence to Plant SOP'S and SSOP's on the team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Compliance Auditing:

1.Ability to perform weekly audits, rotating various parts of the facility on a weekly basis.

2.Makes corrective actions where applicable.

3.Write report on all findings and communicates items corrected and those still requiring correction.

4. Ability to undertake various safety and quality trainings.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Other:

1.May be assigned othercompliance tasks as necessary to meet business objectives.

2. Ability to follow through with direction(s) issued by management regarding quality and safety issues in line with management established guidelines on priorities, methods, and procedures.

3.Ability to work out minor performance problems with team member(s) involved refers problems involving more serious performance issues to supervisor for handling.

4. Provides recommendations to better practices involving operational functions of Upgrade and bin repair equipment/process flow, safety, and quality.
