Job description

I’m opening a small 300 sq ft chicken sandwich and delivery concept in the Cobble Hill / Downtown Brooklyn area.


Before you read any further, this is not a corporate job.


This is not a position where you’ll be managing people from behind a desk.


This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to help build a business from day one.


You’ll be opening the store, frying chicken, building sandwiches, checking orders, training staff, managing inventory, and helping create the systems that make the business successful.


I’m funding the concept, the buildout, the equipment, and the growth.


What I’m looking for is someone who wants to build something and earn ownership through performance.


For the right person, I’m willing to be very aggressive with equity and long-term upside.


I care far more about work ethic, accountability, and execution than resumes or titles.
