Builtech is currently seeking a Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Responsibilities: Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget

Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan. Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.

Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc. Represent Builtech as the client's primary on-site contact. Includes interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.

Daily communication with your project teammates.
