Our engineers have years of practical experience, advanced degrees, certifications, professional licenses, and/or university affiliations. Our professional staff provides cost-effective engineering solutions to our clients by working on their technical issues allowing them to remain focused on their primary business.
Job Duties:

ย  ย  Work closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
ย  ย  Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors
ย  ย  Prepare reports, designs and drawings
ย  ย  Proficiency with AutoCAD, REVIT, Microsoft Excel, and ยญยญยญยญMS Office Suite
ย  ย Develop design ideas using Revit and CAD software
ย  ย Apply expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures
ย  ย Work with geotechnical engineers to investigate ground conditions and analyze results of soil sample and in-situ tests
ย  ย Inspect buildings and analyze configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure
ย  ย Examine structures at risk of collapse and advise how to improve their structural integrity, such as recommendingย  ย  ย  ย  ย removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the entire structure
ย  Investigate the properties of materials like glass, steel and concrete, and advise which is most suitable
ย  Liaise with construction contractors to ensure that newly erected buildings are structurally sound
ย  Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval
ย  Prepare bids for tenders
ย  Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors
ย  Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements
ย  Supervise project teams
ย Give progress reports to clients and senior managers
Required Skills
ย  A bachelor's degree in engineering
ย  5 + Yearsโ€™ experience desired
ย  PE, FE or EIT. Must be able to achieve Professional Registration
ย  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
ย  Strong mathematical ability
ย  Computer literacy
ย  Three-dimensional conceptual skills
ย  Excellent oral and written communication skills
ย  Diagrammatic skills
ย  Attention to detail and ability to follow lead Engineer direction
