Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Craft Recruiter with experience in the Operations and Maintenance industries.

The Craft Recruiterย performs full-cycle recruitment activities in support of organization staffing needs for craft/trades positions in the US. The Craft Recruiter will be an effective partner to operations management and line supervision to identify and source craft/trades resources in the construction industry. The Craft Recruiter will develop and maintain a database of resources to strengthen the company's network in craft/trades areas.ย ย 

Skills / Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience and ability utilizing an Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Basic knowledge of foundational recruitment strategy and execution.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work on multiple and varied position-types on an ongoing basis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
