Position Overview
Rides Supervisors are the backbone of our daily park operations. In this seasonal role, you will lead by example, uphold the highest safety standards, and ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, a mature demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
What You'll Do
• Oversee the day-to-day operation and monitoring of rides department attractions
• Build and distribute weekly team schedules that align with department labor budgets
• Complete and submit attraction safety checklists each morning; ensure compliance throughout the day
• Conduct daily operational audits and accurately track ride throughput
• Ensure all rides are guest-ready prior to park opening
• Respond promptly to ride downtimes and coordinate with maintenance to minimize disruption
• Enforce park and department policies and procedures
• Address guest questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate daily with managers and provide operational status updates via radio
• Assist managers during emergency evacuations and ride-related incidents
• Assess risks proactively and take preventative action to meet safety expectations and regulations
• Support department orientation and training efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Dependability: Follows through on all assignments; meets deadlines; arrives on time; and ensures responsibilities are covered when absent.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior rides experience required
• Ability to climb stairs and catwalks to heights exceeding 100'
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot and/or humid conditions
• No special certifications required
