Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect Procurement
Location & Work Model:
  • Location: Lithia, FL (Tampa area)
  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Mosaic is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven procurement professional who enjoys partnering with the business, influencing decisions, and delivering measurable value. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with teams across HR, IT, Finance, and other corporate functions to shape sourcing strategies, optimize indirect spend, and strengthen supplier partnerships. You'll play a key role in driving cost savings, improving service delivery, and bringing a more data-driven, disciplined approach to global indirect procurement.
What you'll do?
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services such as HR, IT, Finance, and professional services to drive value and cost savings
  • Partner with business functions to support procurement needs, vendor selection, and service delivery outcomes
  • Manage supplier relationships including performance reviews, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead contract negotiations for indirect services ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and inform decisions
  • Drive process improvements across indirect procurement while ensuring alignment with company policies and controls

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in: strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain, Contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and related tools)
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders

Bonus points if you have the following:
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or CPSD
  • Experience with procurement systems: e.g., SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, Maximo
  • Experience working in global or large-scale procurement environments
