Physician Recruiter, Hybrid, Southbank
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for supporting all aspects of physician recruitment for Baptist Health. This role partners with leadership to develop and execute strategic, comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the organization's growth and operational goals.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting qualified physicians, managing candidate relationships, and facilitating the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding. The Physician Recruiter ensures positive candidate experience while supporting the health system's mission to deliver high-quality care.
Certification as a Certified Physician and Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) is required within the first 12 months of hire.
Physician Recruiter, Hybrid, Southbank, Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle physician recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified providers
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, physicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Support contract negotiations and onboarding processes
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with physician practices and operational leaders to meet staffing needs

Experience Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of physician recruitment experience required
  • 1-2 years of physician relations experience required
  • 1-2 years of business experience required
  • Healthcare experience required, including experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Physician practice experience required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Experience with contract negotiation preferred
  • Employee relations experience preferred

Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (non-nursing)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Arts/Science (MA/MS) Preferred
  • Certified Physician and Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) required within 12 months of hire
  • #LI-BHS
