What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
  • Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site policies to help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly work environment.
  • Assist with reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity encountered during patrols, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
