Job Summary:
We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our team! As an RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. You will also collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA

  • Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes

  • Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning

  • Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment

  • Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients

  • Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
