Job description

CPP is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and grow a new book of business. This primarily inside sales role is based at our Fort Myers headquarters and focuses on prospecting and selling nationwide to restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, resorts, country clubs, and other food service organizations.

Compensation:

$100,000 yearly Base Salary plus Commission


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead generation efforts.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and present CPP's custom printed packaging solutions.

  • Prepare quotes, recommend products, and guide prospects through the sales process.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up activity.

  • Collaborate with customer service, production, and design teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.


Qualifications:
  • Preferred 2+ years of B2B sales experience.

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Preferred Experience

    • Selling to restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, resorts, country clubs, or foodservice operations.

    • Knowledge of custom packaging, printing, branded products, or related industries.
