ASRC Federal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a strong product focus and commitment to exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and will play a crucial part in supporting the Professional Support Services (PSS) division within the Defense & Intelligence operating group.
Work location: Hybrid -- On-site 2-3 days per week in Boyers, PA
Clearance: Active Secret clearance is desired or ability to obtain one if necessary
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing HR support to the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC) team.
  • Build relationships with managers to address HR-related needs and challenges.
  • Assist in identifying and developing talent within the organization.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Conduct new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Partner with program leadership, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and other key stakeholders on providing HR services in the areas of employee relations, policy interpretation and implementation, organizational structure, workforce development, performance management, and training.
  • Ensures investigations are handled in a fair, timely manner, and consistent with company culture and local requirements; recommends corrective action ranging from coaching to terminations.
  • Be highly visible and proactive to promote positive employee management practices.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience in the following areas: human resources management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce management, compensation, training and development, recruiting, leave administration, and Service Contract Act administration.
  • Experience supporting a workforce covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA) is preferred
  • Experience working in the Government services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with heavy emphasis on employee relations and facilitate successful and effective problem-solving.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR Certification is a plus.
  • US citizenship required to support this government program.
  • Secret clearance is highly desired.
