Performance-Based Success Expectations

  • Complete a comprehensive full-funnel audit within the first 30 days covering paid ads, landing pages, CRM workflows, lead capture, nurturing, attribution, reporting, and conversion opportunities
  • Improve one or more core marketing performance metrics by 10–15% within the first 90 days including CPL, CTR, landing page conversion rate, booked consultation rate, or cost per booked consultation
  • Launch a minimum of three structured growth and optimization tests within the first 60 days across creative, audiences, offers, retargeting, landing pages, or nurture sequences
  • Improve at least one CRM or nurture workflow within the first 90 days to increase follow-up speed, attribution accuracy, lead visibility, or booked consultation opportunities
  • Build or refine a weekly executive marketing dashboard within the first 30 days tracking spend, leads, CPL, qualified leads, conversion rates, and lead quality insights
  • Audit and optimize Salesforce attribution tracking within the first 90 days to improve reporting accuracy and reduce unknown lead sources by 50%
  • Optimize Microsoft/Bing Ads campaigns within the first 90 days to improve CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and reduce wasted spend

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and manage full-funnel lead generation systems
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube, and additional platforms
  • Build and optimize landing pages, conversion pathways, retargeting systems, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Improve CRM infrastructure, attribution tracking, automation systems, and operational marketing workflows
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, creative teams, and sales functions
  • Develop compelling campaign messaging, positioning, and growth strategies
  • Build reporting dashboards and analyze campaign and funnel performance
  • Assist with implementing AI-driven workflows and emerging marketing technologies
  • Continuously test, learn, optimize, and improve campaign performance

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and lead funnels
