Job Description: The client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing marketing organization on a contract basis, providing hands-on ownership of campaign execution, vendor coordination, and performance reporting. Job Summary •Execute day-to-day digital marketing programs across paid social platforms and third-party affiliate partners •Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and performance against key KPIs •Document and implement best practices for targeting, bidding, segmentation, and optimization across paid social and affiliate programs •Pull, organize, and report on campaign performance data, including month-over-month growth and efficiency trends •Track and pace media budgets, including spend reconciliation and vendor invoicing •Maintain relationships with platform representatives, affiliate partners, and vendors while coordinating deliverables and follow-up •Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Creative, and Technology teams to support campaign execution Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field •2-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing •Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts including CPL, CPC, CPM, postbacks, and tracking pixels •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience organizing and analyzing campaign data •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with vendors or partners Preferred Qualifications: •Agency or lead generation experience •Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Impact, or similar •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through •Self-starter mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
