The data-oriented contractor shall provide advice and support to the agency senior staff, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), DIEM management, and stakeholders across the DIE for approaches to identify, gain insight into DIEM investments, and gain oversight through programmatic realignments and other strategies. A knowledgeable analyst, who conducts requirements gathering, project analysis, and is passionate about working in a successful setting. Uses specialized expertise when performing business analysis tasks such as forecasting, project facilitation and enhancing company processes and capabilities with proven skills using Agile Scrum and other project management tools and frameworks to implement changes (internal and external) for companies.
