Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Integrated Brand Campaigns & Communications is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand equity, build consumer engagement, and support commercial growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Brand & Commercial Marketing, this role leads the integrated campaign development across creative, social, PR, influencer, experiential, and communications channels. Working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures campaigns are insight-led, culturally relevant, and aligned with broader brand and business priorities.

Core Accountabilities

Integrated Campaign Leadership

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from strategic brief through launch and post-campaign evaluation.

Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and business priorities into integrated campaign strategies.

Develop communications plans that align creative, media, social, PR, influencer, experiential, and digital channels.

Ensure campaigns deliver a consistent and cohesive consumer experience across all touchpoints.

Brand Communications & Agency Leadership

Lead day-to-day relationships with creative, PR, influencer, and production agencies.

Champion a distinctive and consistent Nando's brand voice across all consumer-facing communications.

Provide creative feedback that strengthens storytelling, visual identity, and campaign effectiveness.

Support the development of high-quality creative assets aligned with brand standards.

Social Media, Influencer & Public Relations

Lead integrated social content planning and campaign activation across owned channels.

Develop influencer and partnership strategies that expand reach and engagement.

Partner with PR agencies to deliver earned media opportunities that support campaign objectives.

Monitor social, influencer, and PR performance and optimize future efforts based on learnings.

Experiential Marketing & Brand Activation

Lead experiential marketing programs, community activations, partnerships, and promotional events.

Create memorable brand experiences that strengthen consumer connection to the brand.

Evaluate activation performance and apply learnings to future programs.

Ensure experiential efforts support broader marketing and commercial objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Marketing Effectiveness

Partner closely with Commercial Marketing, Digital, CRM, Operations, and agency partners.

Facilitate campaign planning, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews.

Support organizational alignment around campaign priorities and execution.

Drive continuous improvement through performance measurement and insight application.

Performance Measurement & Consumer Insights

Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.

Analyze consumer insights, behavioral trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Develop recommendations that improve future marketing investments and business outcomes.

Share learnings and best practices across the marketing organization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

7-10 years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience.

Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.

Strong agency management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and disciplines.

Preferred Experience

Experience building culturally relevant brands and integrated marketing programs.

Passion for storytelling, creativity, and consumer engagement.

Experience managing social, influencer, PR, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or CPG experience preferred.

Experience working within organizations recognized for marketing excellence and brand building.

Work Arrangement

Based in Washington, D.C. Schedule includes 5 days fully onsite at our Restaurant Support Office.
