KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of data and reports within or between departments of the company. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, historical sales data, purchase orders, etc.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Export and examine system-based/customer-provided source data that provide real-time information regarding sales, purchase orders, order forecast and channel inventory
  • Maintain and update database master data to ensure proper item/channel mapping to support data transformation and cleansing process for daily/weekly reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams on weekly production confirmation, ending on hand/aging stock clearance plan, and purchase order tracking
  • Monitor team performance by publishing daily/weekly KPI tracking reports to flag exception cases for early warning to the Business Planning team to proactively drive corrective actions and improvements
  • Support Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) supply chain process by providing internal reports needed for weekly planning meetings
  • Load weekly production, sales, inventory (PSI)
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree Required; in General Business, Sales Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience preferred in the telecommunications/wireless industry or related fields requiring management of order/sales data, inventory management, and/or business operations.
  • Experience should include researching and resolving operational data discrepancies; driving process improvement to streamline business cadence.

Necessary Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising excellent judgement
  • Must have advanced MS Excel knowledge and skills (including use of pivot tables and advanced formulas); experience in developing KPI and executive dashboards preferred.
  • Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning, or financial planning systems (e.g. SAP) preferred.
