Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer (Figma Specialist) to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into user-centered designs, developing modern user interfaces, and maintaining enterprise design standards. This role requires strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, accessibility standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
UX Design
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking.
• Experience creating user flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback.
UI Design
• Expertise in creating modern, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
Figma Expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
