Job description

COVID19 Coordinator (Part Time)
Part time: 30 hours per week allocated as follows
โ€ข Schedule
o Sunday 3 hours
Exact time of day flexible but should include 2:30-3:30 pm so as to initiate calls to the East Coast no later than 3:30 pm)
o Monday - Wednesday 8 hours starting 10:30am Eastern
o Thursday - 3 hours starting at 10:30am Eastern
o Some flexibility may be requested for team coverage as situation dictates
Duties:
o Perform employee health screenings and contact tracing
o Responsible for COVID-19 case management, assist with compliance, while maintaining confidentiality
o Responsible for completing health screenings with employees
o Conduct communications in a professional manner that reflects emotional and cultural awareness
o Inform employees of quarantine and return to work procedures
o Record and files data accordingly
o Perform contact tracing with employees that test positive for COVID -19
o Responsible for contacting employees listed on the contact tracing list to inform of possible exposure
o Demonstrate professionalism and maintains confidentiality while working with sensitive documents
