Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Hybrid, onsite and remote work.

Required:
• Experience working with various database management systems in database design, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration in a multiple platform environment (3+ years).
• Experience with Designing, developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise data solutions, including data architecture, data modeling, data quality, data integration, and reporting solutions supporting complex business applications.
• Experience with Relational database design, SQL development, database administration, and performance optimization using MySQL and Oracle, including schema design, SQL tuning, indexing, data integrity, and database security.
• Experience with Developing and implementing data quality processes, including data profiling, data validation, data cleansing, data reconciliation, integrity checks, and establishing data quality standards and controls.
• Experience with Designing and supporting data integration solutions involving MySQL, Oracle, and other enterprise database platforms, including ETL/ELT processes, data migration, data exchanges, APIs, and middleware.
• Experience with Database development, administration, monitoring, and DevOps tools, including MySQL tools, Oracle SQL Developer, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Experience with Implementing database security, access controls, governance practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Cloud-based data platforms and services, including Oracle cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure data services, Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud databases, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Experience with Data architecture, data modeling, database design, data governance, data management, and data lifecycle principles.
• Experience with Query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning across MySQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, APIs, web services, JSON/XML data exchange, middleware, and system integration.
• Experience with Database security principles, access controls, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Modern data platforms and architectures, including cloud databases, data lakes, data warehouses, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
• Experience with Cloud computing and cloud-based data services, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Oracle cloud technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, or comparable relational database platforms.
• Experience with Evaluating, integrating, or developing solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Data architecture, data governance, cloud technologies, and modern data platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all production and non-production databases.
• Responsible for standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, access and security administration.
• Perform backup and recovery on Database Management Systems, configure database parameters, and prototype designs against logical data models.
• Define data repository requirements, data dictionaries and warehousing requirements.
• Optimize database access and allocate/re-allocate database resources for optimum configuration, database performance and cost.
• Support and enhance enterprise data solutions, including data modeling, database design, data migration, data validation, data quality management, data integration, and performance optimization across various database platforms.
• Focus on data architecture, data quality, data integration, database administration, data analysis, and reporting solutions supporting circuit courts.
