Altitude Schaumburg is looking for positive and energetic team players to help us grow our new park!
We are hiring Cashiers, Court Monitors and Party Hosts for our new park down the street from Woodfield Mall.
At Altitude Schaumburg, we believe in providing the best customer service while maintaining high levels of safety and fun for all of our guests in this family-friendly facility!
This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are team players and thrive in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Monitoring: Supervise guests while they are using attractions to ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Assist in keeping attractions and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow instructions and protocols established by management to maintain consistency and quality in guest experiences.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate a readiness to adjust tasks and strategies as necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Front Desk Support
    • Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
    • Assist guests with the check-in process, including waivers and ticketing.
    • Provide information about park activities, membership options, promotions, and safety guidelines.
    • Handle guest inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude, answering questions in person or over the phone.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring an efficient, guest-friendly setup

Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Comfortable engaging with large groups of people to ensure a positive experience for guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required. We will train!
  • Customer service experience a bonus!
