A great hospital located near Lubbock, Texas is seeking a full-time, Ultrasound Technologist to join their team. Details are below.
Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:
  • Position patients and adjust equipment for each procedure.
  • Participate in quality improvement and quality control projects as assigned.
  • Aware of incident occurrences within their work area and reports within twenty-four (24) hours to their supervisor using the proper form(s).
  • Follow departmental policies and protocols for each exam performed.
  • Ultrasound Technologist must report any mechanical or system problems to the Director or designee.
Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:
  • Has successfully completed an accredited course for national and/or state registry or has successfully gained licensure/certification(s) eligibility through experience.
  • ARDMS is required for the Ultrasound Technologist
  • Maintains current BLS certification
