Description
    Analyzing training requirements and developing tailored technical courses and instructional materials to support operational needs in accordance with DoD standards
  • Designing and delivering classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training sessions ensuring alignment with operational and program objectives
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate and detailed instructional documents, including lesson plans, user guides, and course assessments
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through structured surveys, assessments, and feedback to identify opportunities for curriculum improvements
  • Collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure training materials trace to current specifications and emerging operational requirements

Requirements
  • Six or more years of experience in a technical instructor or course developer role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in developing, analyzing, and delivering technical training programs and course materials in alignment with DoD and corporate requirements
  • Demonstrated experience adapting curricula to meet technical, operational, or emerging needs using instructional design best practices and learning technologies
  • Skilled in assessing training effectiveness through evaluation and feedback mechanisms to ensure curriculum relevance and quality
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with advanced tools for instructional development such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or other eLearning software
