Job Overview:

Pay Range:ย $18hrย - $30hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience using Canvas LMS.
  • Experience working in an academic/healthcare setting, and/or in a complex, multi-stakeholder office.
  • Customer service- and detail-oriented.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and track work.
  • Basic or better proficiency on common office software.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides dedicated administrative support to Pathways preclerkship and post-PCE courses in the Program in Medical Education.
  • Posts electronic resources and course data on learning management and administrative systems.
  • Coordinates patient interview sessions.
  • Creates student group assignments.
  • Provides timely in-venue support to course sessions, including anatomy labs and clinical course exercises.
  • Organizes and distributes course supplies.
  • Assists with course wrap-up logistics.
  • Provides assessment support, including exam proctoring.
  • Assists Course Managers with written communications to teaching faculty, students, administrative staff and patients.
  • Reserves classroom and meeting space.
  • Provides meeting support services.
  • Assists with resource and data management.
  • May provide cross-team coverage and be assigned other ad hoc course-related projects as required.
