The Role The department of Business Administration requires part time sessional instructors from August 15, 2026 - December 31, 2026. We are looking for suitable candidates to be specialized in Legal Relations, Macroeconomics, Organizational Behavior, Business Communications and Business Math. Knowledge of Northwestern Polytechnic courses and current educational technologies commonly found in classrooms (e.g., videoconferencing, D2L) are desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. An entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities

Highly qualified faculty, who seek to continuously improve instruction and meet the need of learners. Willingness to work with and support the Teaching & Learning Centre. Student Focused.

Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
