Job description

The Saint Mary's College Department of Business and Economics invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Business (Marketing) beginning Fall 2026. We are particularly interested in applicants who demonstrate expertise and industry experience in professional marketing. 

Teaching, Research, and Service Expectations:

  • 3/3 teaching load that includes: Principles and Core Marketing Major Courses  
  • Ongoing discipline-appropriate research and scholarship
  • Ongoing service to the department and the College

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Marketing preferred. ABD considered. Industry experience is also preferred. 
  • Focus on social media, digital marketing and/or AI marketing would be advantageous. 
  • Industry experience is a substantial plus.
