We are seeking a reliable, skilled
Part-Time Handyman/Maintenance Technician to support general building maintenance and light repair needs at our
Chesterton, IN location.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Flexible - hours vary based on maintenance needs
Reports To:
Operations ManagerThe position will be based out of our Chesterton Data Management Services location at:DataBank1040 Wabash AvenueChesterton, Indiana 46304Responsibilities- Perform routine building maintenance and light repairs (e.g., basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical tasks)
- Troubleshoot and address general facility issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
- Communicate maintenance needs and completed work to management
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications- Prior handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and common repair tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong reliability and time management skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Experience with commercial building maintenance
