Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices tailored to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish measurable treatment goals and regularly evaluate their progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and integrate new knowledge into practice.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights for collective improvement.
  • Develop and implement psychoeducational workshops and programs that benefit the community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Oregon. Consideration will be given to LCSW and LPC candidates.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is preferred.
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in providing therapy is required.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural humility.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions to provide seamless client care.
  • Track record of developing effective therapeutic alliances with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits
