OB/GYN Opportunity in Pine Bluff, Arkansas | 1:4 Call | 50K Sign-On

If you're looking for a practice where physicians stay for decades instead of cycling through every couple of years, this is it. A stable, well-supported group with manageable call and real earning potential, in a community that knows how to take care of its own.


The Practice


  • Join 3 full-time OB/GYN physicians and 1 part-time GYN, supported by 3 APRNs, with physician tenures running 15 to 30 years
  • 700 deliveries annually
  • 1:4 weekend call plus 1 weeknight per week
  • Da Vinci robotic surgery available
  • No abortions performed

Compensation and Benefits


  • Base salary of 425,000 on a 9,000 RVU threshold with a 45 RVU payout
  • 50,000 sign-on bonus and 10,000 relocation assistance
  • Student loan repayment and stipend negotiable
  • J1 and H1B visa sponsorship accepted
