What is a Country Kitchen?

A Country Kitchen typically refers to a restaurant or dining establishment that serves traditional, home-style dishes inspired by rural or Southern American cuisine. These kitchens often focus on comfort foods like fried chicken, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and hearty breakfasts. Some 'Country Kitchen' locations may also refer to a specific restaurant chain known for its welcoming atmosphere and classic American fare.
