Personal Trainer (Weekend) - The Woodlands Country ClubAbout the Role

Arcis Golf is seeking a certified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness and wellness team at The Woodlands Country Club. We are looking for a fitness professional who combines a passion for health and wellness with an exceptional, service-oriented approach to member care.

This position will primarily work Saturdays and Sundays at one or both of our fitness facilities. We are seeking an energetic trainer who enjoys being on the fitness floor, proactively engaging with members, building relationships, and growing a successful personal training business. The ideal candidate is approachable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an outstanding member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each member's goals, fitness level, and abilities.
  • Develop and maintain individualized exercise programs while tracking member progress.
  • Build relationships with members by actively engaging them on the fitness floor and identifying opportunities to grow your client base.
  • Provide a welcoming, professional, and motivating fitness environment.
  • Ensure the fitness floor remains safe, clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Assist with new member orientations, club events, fitness demonstrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Lead or substitute group fitness classes when needed (preferred).
  • Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to deliver an exceptional country club experience.
Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED Certification required
  • 2-5 years of personal training experience preferred
  • Previous experience in a country club, luxury fitness facility, or high-end health club is preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and creating lasting member relationships
  • Weekend availability is required; additional weekday hours may become available as your client base grows
  • Group fitness instruction experience is a plus
