Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking an Access Control Guard to safeguard the premises and enforce access control policies. The Access Control Guard will play a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of the club's facilities by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.


Responsibilities:

1. Monitor entry and exit points to the club premises, including gates, entrances, and parking areas.

2. Verify the identity and credentials of individuals seeking access to the club.

3. Enforce access control policies, rules and regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of club members, staff, and facilities.

5. Provide directions and assistance to members, guests, and vendors as necessary.

6. Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, or emergencies, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.

7. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

8. Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, incidents, and any security-related incidents.

9. Coordinate with other security personnel and club management to address security concerns or incidents.

10. Assist with emergency response procedures as required.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a security guard, access control officer, or similar role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
