What You'll Do:
Masterfully break down and prepare a variety of meats, poultry, and seafood with precision and efficiency.
Ensure all proteins are expertly portioned, trimmed, and presented for top-tier dining experiences.
Work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to assist in food prep and kitchen support.
Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in accordance with club and health regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering to ensure our kitchen is always stocked with premium ingredients.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
