Willow Point Golf & Country Club pastry chef, you will be a central figure in the culinary leadership team, responsible for the high-standard production of all baked goods across diverse dining outlets—from casual turn-stands to formal fine-dining rooms and large-scale banquets.

Job Summary

The Pastry Chef oversees the daily operations of the pastry department. This role requires a balance of high-volume efficiency for events and intricate artistry for à la carte desserts, all while maintaining the strict quality standards expected by club membership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Development: Design and execute seasonal, innovative dessert menus, artisanal breads, and signature pastry items for all club outlets.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily production schedules for à la carte dining, pastry carts, locker room amenities, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure every item meets the club's standards for taste, portioning, and "wow" visual presentation.
