General Purpose of Job

As an Estimator at Classic Rock Fabrication, you play a key role in bringing projects to life. You’ll review customer layouts, blueprints, and drawings to provide accurate and timely quotes that help guide every project. You’ll work across both residential and commercial departments, ensuring each estimate meets our high standards and turnaround goals, while helping our clients envision their dream spaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review project specifications and other documents impacting pricing, fabrication, or installation.
  • Use Stone Profits and Measure Square to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Track all quotes through Salesforce, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
  • Contact customers for missing information or clarifications.
  • Provide updates, revisions, and follow-up communication to customers.
  • Assign quotes to 3rd-party estimating partners as needed and verify accuracy.
  • Participate in routine meetings to improve processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Work with suppliers to obtain pricing for special-order products.
  • Communicate regularly with Strategic Account Managers and Partner Support Specialists to align on pricing, timelines, and customer expectations.
