Job Description
Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Analyst SCRM/ Counterintelligence Specialist to support a Federal government client.
As a Senior Counterintelligence Analyst SCRM/ Counterintelligence Specialist, you will:
- Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Army Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
- Engage in frequent interaction with INSCOM leadership, Army program personnel, other military Cl services and unified commands, and contract support teams
- Provide comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on the integration of CI activities in support of INSCOM mission and objectives, primarily through finished intelligence production and external engagements throughout the Intelligence Community Enterprise
- Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest
- Conduct research to support development of appropriate reports, database development, or other activities to meet Government customer needs

Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department All- Source Analysis Certifying Courses:
- Army - 35F Course (or Military Department/IC equivalent)
- Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
- Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Air Force -Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy or predecessor
- Navy - Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy or predecessor
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as an All Source Analyst. A college degree cannot be substituted for experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCRM
- Understanding of intelligence cycle
- Understanding of intelligence support/role in the MDMP
- Familiarization with DCGS-A
- Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting, and advocating for analytic methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication
- Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed

Structured analytic techniques include, but are not limited to, analysis of competing hypotheses, devil's advocacy, high-impact/ low-impact analysis, red team analysis and alternative futures analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors/platforms and human intelligence sources related to the position
- Demonstrated understanding of evaluating collected intelligence reporting, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements
- Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be
- incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced
- Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
