Counter Staff - Full Time

Reports To: Counter Manager & General Manager 

Edit Holdings, LLC dba Tide Cleaners, is looking for a Counter Staff to join our team! We seek individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Live Our Core Values: Demonstrate Guest Service, Excellence, Commitment, Integrity, and Top Quality at all times.
  • Customer Experience: Provide outstanding in-store service for dry cleaning and laundry pick-up/drop-off customers.
  • Customer Relations: Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; build rapport, identify needs, and resolve issues or complaints professionally.
  • Garment Handling: Perform check-in/check-out tasks, tag and spot-check garments, and organize items per customer requests.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately calculate prices and handle cash/credit transactions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all garments meet Tide Dry Cleaners' quality standards.
  • Training & Development: Help train new employees in store procedures and processes.
  • Store Operations: Open/close the store, set and meet daily goals, and maintain a clean, organized counter area.
  • Adaptability: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, while standing for extended periods.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

  • Basic math skills and ability to recognize numbers.
