The Parts Counter Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department by providing exceptional customer service and accurate parts identification. This position involves interacting directly with customers, technicians, and vendors to fulfill parts orders promptly and accurately. The associate is responsible for maintaining organized inventory records and assisting in stock management to support seamless parts availability. By leveraging product knowledge and communication skills, the Parts Counter Associate helps to minimize downtime for customers and service teams. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the business by facilitating smooth parts transactions and fostering positive customer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory or point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:
