The Parts Counter Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department by providing exceptional customer service and accurate parts identification. This position involves assisting customers, both internal and external, in locating and purchasing the correct parts needed for vehicle repairs or maintenance. The associate will manage inventory, process orders, and maintain organized records to support seamless parts availability. By collaborating closely with technicians and suppliers, the Parts Counter Associate helps minimize downtime and supports overall service department productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes to customer satisfaction and the profitability of the parts department through attention to detail and effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to use computers and inventory management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
