• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish a baseline for treatment.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, facilitating an inclusive environment that encourages open communication and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and case management meetings with other health professionals to refine treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients who may present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Many of our clients come from underserved communities requiring culturally competent approaches that respect their backgrounds and perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• An active and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida is essential for practice.
• At least two years of experience providing mental health counseling services to a varied clientele.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, capable of managing a flexible schedule while meeting client needs.
• A thorough knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapies, with a commitment to continual professional development.
• Strong ethical commitment to confidentiality and compliance with professional conduct standards.

Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), is preferred but not mandatory. Prior work with multicultural populations and various therapy settings can lend a competitive advantage.
