This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining structured support from our outpatient office located in Atlanta. Our commitment to mental health care extends to our staff as well, creating a friendly and cooperative environment that encourages personal and professional growth. While the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, there may be occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and establish rapport from the onset.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the individualized goals and challenges of each client.
• Provide various forms of counseling, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities for effective intervention.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support systems for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring essential documentation is up to date.
• Engage regularly in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and service delivery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field, obtained from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies suited to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective client interactions and record-keeping.
• A commitment to upholding ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• A background in treating a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions.
• Familiarity with systems and methodologies used in outpatient mental health counseling.
• A proactive approach to client engagement and therapeutic intervention, with the ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs.
