Mind Empowerment Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using proven psychotherapy techniques tailored to client needs.
• Ensure that all required documentation is completed in compliance with university and funding requirements for interns and trainees.
• Facilitate comprehensive training workshops for interns and collaborate with universities to enhance educational outcomes.
• Conduct performance evaluations for interns and participate actively in their professional development, ensuring retention and addressing any corrective actions necessary.
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, coordinating effectively with clinical supervisors and Centralized Intake to enhance programmatic outcomes.
• Participate in audits and quality assurance activities focused on documentation and compliance with agency standards.
• Provide clinical consultation in crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring timely support and intervention.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Complete and submit programmatic reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, aligning with agency goals.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and families experiencing various emotional and social challenges. Your role will greatly contribute to improving the mental health and overall well-being of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other significant life stressors. Engaging with clients remotely allows for a flexible approach in addressing their unique circumstances while fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy is essential.
• A reliable internet connection is required to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and data management systems, particularly the AWARDS electronic health record system, is preferred.
• Experience providing supervision or mentoring to interns is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time position, reflective of your qualifications and experience.
