Qualifications

  • State License License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications ARRT (CT) or ARRT (R)
  • Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
  • Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
  • Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
  • Additional Confirmations I am aware that blocked scheduling requests are not guaranteed at Franciscan Health.
  • Additional Confirmations I am not applying with a travel pair.
  • Additional Confirmations I am willing to float to a similar unit or to sister facility under 25 miles.
  • Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
  • Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
  • Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
