The Lou Fusz Automotive Network is currently looking for an experienced Car Coster to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience, with a heavy emphasis on accounting and/or car sale billing, with exposure to the title process. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process, analyze and post car sales to accounting
  • Processing all payoffs
  • Verify state lien notices are filed in a timely manner
  • Processing out of state registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
  • Reconciling aftermarket products sold throughout the month
  • Participating in month end activities up to and including: reconciling schedules, remitting payments for aftermarket products, reconciling and updating costs in car sale deals.
