Part-time role inside Costco & Lowe’s with hourly pay + bonuses — no sales closing required.

  • Part-time (6–24 hrs/week)
  • $20/hr + bonuses (top reps earn $25–$40/hr+)

Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside Costco and Lowe’s locations.

This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems — no closing required.

You’ll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events.

  • Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
