Position : Customer Service / Call Center

Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ

Duration : 12Months Contract

Start Time : 08:00 AM

End Time : 05:00 PM

Total Hours/week : 40.00

Qualifications:

  • Position would be interacting with Marketing, Sales Consultants, Customer Service and Supply Chain Planners Globally. It is not customer service but the position is the liaison between the sales force and customer service to meet customer expectations.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Would be helpful if familiar with SAP ECC Inventory Screens but we will train as well.
  • Good communication skills emailing and on the telephone A four year degree is required in a business related This person is going to take inquiries from the field sales team inquiring about their orders, research the status in SAP or with the carriers and respond back to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • It would require looking at open orders and seeing where the inventory is in the system to have them fulfilled.
  • Getting emails from the sales consultants for rush orders.
Working hand in hand with the demand planners to decide when to put products in short supply on manual allocation to protect our key customers
