Fabletics is currently looking for an Account Director, Costco Wholesale.

How do you fit in?

The Account Director, Costco Wholesale will own and operate the Costco business for Fabletics end-to-end. This role is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and performance across one of the company's highest visibility wholesale accounts. Success requires strong commercial instincts, disciplined project management, and the ability to influence both external buyers and internal cross-functional teams.

This role has direct ownership over a strategic growth account and high visibility with senior leadership. The Account Director is expected to operate with a high degree of independence and accountability, driving both day-to-day execution and longer-term growth of the Costco business.

This role will report to the VP, Wholesale.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end Costco business, leading both commercial strategy and
  • Design and implement scalable processes, reporting, and tracking tools that improve operational efficiency, increase visibility, and support long-term business growth.
  • Partner with Merchandising to develop seasonal assortments, create customer-facing sales tools, and maintain accurate product, style, and color information throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee purchase order execution, including order confirmation management, revisions, exception resolution, and timely communication across all cross-functional partners.
  • Lead the development and delivery of all customer-facing assets, including PDP content, digital imagery, merchandising materials, packaging, display assets, and launch readiness.
  • Partner with Product Development and Production to ensure accurate costing, item creation, UPC management, product specifications, and data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Operations and Technology to oversee Costco EDI workstreams and requirements, ensuring business needs, system capabilities, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements are aligned across teams.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to oversee production timelines, inventory flow, shipment readiness, and on-time delivery while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and related Technology to ensure accurate, timely business data, maintain forecast integrity, and communicate changes that impact inventory, production, or customer commitments.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional business reviews, driving accountability, resolving executional challenges, and ensuring critical milestones and deliverables remain on track.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory productivity, and operational KPIs to identify trends, optimize decision-making, and uncover opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate business performance, operational health, key milestones, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes to enhance execution, reduce complexity, and improve the overall customer experience.

What you can bring:

  • 10+ years of wholesale, retail, or related experience
  • Prior direct experience working with Costco required
  • Proven ability to manage a large, complex retail account with high volume and tight timelines
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and margin management
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear, concise communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a high-visibility role

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $141,086 - $175,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
