Job Description:
Datech Solutions Organization is seeking an initiative-taking and dynamic individual for the position of Solutions Architect - Autodesk LATAM
The successful candidate acts as a vital technical link between Autodesk, its resellers, and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) customers across the LATAM region.
They will leverage expertise in Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, AutoCAD and Industry Specialized Toolsets to design technical solutions that address critical business requirements.
Beyond technical design, successful candidates will collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to advocate for customer needs, ensuring the success of high-profile productions and the seamless integration of Autodesk services.
Successful candidates will be responsible for driving business development by utilizing feedback from end-users and partners to overcome industry challenges.
This position requires an energetic professional capable of working independently to manage targeted accounts and facilitate successful closures. Ultimately, the goal is to support the sales pipeline while serving as a dedicated technical advisor who translates complex customer needs into functional, high-impact Autodesk solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Design Technical Solutions: Analyse customer inquiries and map out comprehensive solutions using Autodesk AEC Collection, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and AutoCAD with Industry Specialized Toolsets (IST).
  • Bridge & Support Partners: Act as the primary technical link between Autodesk, resellers, and AEC clients, supporting staff and partners with expert product knowledge.
  • Coordinate Service Activities: Direct pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting activities, including solution demonstrations, and implementation to drive product adoption.
  • Lead Enablement & Training: Organize and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both in-person and online) for sales partners and end-users.
  • Advocate & Influence: Collaborate with engineering teams to represent customer needs and participate in marketing initiatives to promote technical applications.
  • Industry Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing billable project support and creating technical benchmarks or articles for professional media.
  • Independent Account Management: Work independently on targeted accounts in the LATAM region to ensure technical alignment and successful project closures.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
  • Knowledge and/or expertise in related area of responsibility.
  • Must have independent thought, ability to organize individual work product as well as project based personnel
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Possesses strong presentation & analytical thinking skills
  • Possesses Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry knowledge

Other Education/Certifications:
  • 3+ years' commercial experience, desired.
  • Has technical degree or equivalent qualification for the relevant industry and product area.
  • Possesses strong Industrial Design skills and BIM experience.
  • Possesses strong AEC Collection, Revit & AutoCAD Industry Specialized Toolset.
  • Possesses strong Autodesk Construction Cloud / CDE experience.
  • Possesses strong Project delivery experience.
