SERVERS

Aris Restaurant

SOF Hospitality is expanding to Austin and is hiring Servers for our new upscale steakhouse. We operate restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Costa Rica. We are a vibrant and dynamic hospitality group known for our diverse menus, exquisite cocktails, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy memorable dining experiences.

You must have a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for OPEN and FLEXIBLE availability! Please apply if you are able to work weekdays and weekends.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for team players that are composed under pressure while being able to articulate information clearly when and answering questions. Be comfortable in engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences. 

IDEAL TRAITS: Experience working in an upscale, fast-paced, and high-energy atmosphere. Enjoy being detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. Able to take constructive criticism, quick-witted, and desire to constantly strive for excellence.


Pay Range is based on average hourly plus tips.
